1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MaaPath ERP System, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the system.

2. User Eligibility

Access is granted only to authorized users affiliated with Sudha Techno School, including students, parents, staff, and administrators. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the system only for educational and administrative purposes
  • Refrain from uploading harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content

4. Data Usage & Privacy

All personal data is handled in accordance with the MaaPath Privacy Policy. By using the system, you consent to the collection and use of your data for academic and operational purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials within MaaPath are the intellectual property of Sudha Techno School or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the system without written permission.

6. System Access & Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted access to MaaPath, but we do not guarantee availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

7. Termination of Access

Sudha Techno School reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to MaaPath for any user who violates these terms, engages in misuse, or compromises system security.

8. Limitation of Liability

MaaPath and Sudha Techno School shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the system, including data loss or unauthorized access.

9. Modifications to Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of MaaPath after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad.
