Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Admission Cancellation
- Parents/guardians may request cancellation of admission by submitting a written notice to the school administration.

4. Cancellation of School Services
- Cancellation of optional services (e.g., transport, meals, extracurriculars) must be requested in writing.
- Refunds for such services will be prorated based on usage and timing of cancellation.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- In cases of medical emergencies, relocation, or other unforeseen events, refund requests may be considered on compassionate grounds.
- Supporting documents must be submitted, and decisions will be at the discretion of school management.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations must be raised within 30 days of the original request.
- The school’s decision will be final and binding.
